It offers views of the mountains, with its quiet surroundings, yet proximity to the Nice airport, the motorway, and within minutes popular restaurants, coffee, galleries, beaches, museums, shops, and much much more!
All this makes it an ideal destination for a tranquil, comfortable, and practical holiday on the Côte d’Azur.

When making a reservation, the entire balance is payable, and we provide a variety of payment options for your convenience. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer holds or deposits to confirm your reservation and dates. Instead, we respectfully ask that you book as soon as possible because space fills up rapidly!
Guests who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out. These are available only upon request as we have cleaners coming in.
No Parties, No Smoking, No noise before 10 am and after 10 pm.

What a wonderful house in the valley of SPDV if you are looking for a holiday home in this area you will be lucky if you can book! Just a couple of point for ref don't forget your mosquito spray like we did! Also the walk I to SPDV is a tough one so take note of who is going as would say it's not great for the very young or old! But we could not have had a better time or asked for better hosts x
